Dear Dr Baig, I am writing on behalf of our family, to thank you for the care you gave my father during his time under your care for ischaemic heart disease. He passed away a few months ago secondary to lung cancer, but his life was inexplicably improved by your investigation, changes to medication and ultimately your counsel, reassurance and can do attitude.
